This is a conceptual design for five buildings located on the premises the Gostar stable in Goduszyn. Each building of 250m2 houses four independent split-level apartments with terraces accessible from the ground level and an entry through shared space. The shared space connects all apartments and its extension is a terrace overlooking the lake surface. It may be used as a banquet room where food may be served as it has a kitchen and fireplace. All apartments and shared space are designed so that they can be used as independent units.
