The building consists of the actual water treatment station located on the ground floor and staff and office facilities on two floors. Its design is based on a T-shaped plan 26m long and 12m wide. The office building has a full basement. Both parts will not be connected with each other. The building was made of bricks with reinforced concrete ceiling.
