We designed a six-storey building and created a landscape design for an undeveloped land located on the premises of the Centre for Entrepreneurship (Centrum Przedsiębiorczości) called BUSINESS PARK DEVCO 2 at ul. Wołowska in Wrocław. The building is a cuboid-shaped lump with dimensions of 58x51x23.5m. Inside the building, we designed an atrium with dimensions of 28x23m. The building does not have a basement. It has office space for rent on five floors, while the sixth floor is an additional storey. Part of the roof area above the fifth floor was designed for terraces with pergolas. This is a monolithic (reinforced concrete), skeleton structure, cast wet. The building was put into operation in December 2014. It serves as the headquarters for KRUK SA and ATOS.
