This is a one-storey building of modern from with no basement. The building houses a filters hall located under the gable roof, pumping station, technical room and staff facility. The walls are made of brick, the façade is finished with clinker tiles and plaster, and the roof is covered with zinc-coated, passivated metal sheets.
